Speed and quality go hand in hand
Drim Robotics offers support and solutions at every stage of building an automated process production process.
We offer assistance in the design, installation and commissioning of production lines using using devices already proven, generally available on the market, as well as innovative solutions. Each path leading to the goal is a common challenge.
This process is created in close cooperation with the client, so as to outline the action plan, scope of work, time and approximate cost of the investment in the best possible way.
We combine all elements and subassemblies into one coherent organism. This is the last moment to introduce the necessary modifications and improvements before the whole thing reaches its final destination.
Our design office deals with the preparation of construction solutions, taking into account the available material base and technical requirements of the process, so as not to exceed the designated conceptual framework.
Commissioning at the customer
At this stage, the finished product is installed at the customer. This is the final moment to make the necessary corrections.
Training and handover of the line
Well-trained, process-oriented staff is a guarantee of the proper functioning of the automated production line. We place great emphasis on the thorough training of operators who are to operate the new devices.
After starting the process, we are obliged to provide technical assistance (on site and remotely) in the event of technical problems. This assistance is strictly defined in the contract with the customer.
Robotic workstations in your company
As experienced integrators, we strive to ensure, as far as possible, the safety of jobs where robots work. However, implementation of such solutions in an enterprise requires careful design, development and implementation.
What can a robot on the job be responsible for? Robots are used to automate technological processes in a company. They can perform activities such as transporting products, palletizing, welding, sealing or painting. Performing this type of work by employees, can often be inaccurate or lengthy. Implementing a collaborative robot on the production line will speed up the production process, full automation and more accurate work results.
